It felt like a community and not an institution the nurses, cleaners, gardners and catering staff, went above and beyond their dutyy to making sure my needs werer met and I was comfortable especially [name removed] and [name removed].

Some vases for flowers. Some more colouring parents available in the panic room. A box where we could put in thank you notes to any member of staff who has made us have a positive day.
