The staff are great particularly [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed]. The facilities available are good and make for a stress free experience group content is useful but limited if people are not actively doing the work, which I feel should b part of the sessions rather than teamwork.

Slacking in food options, did not even get an ECG nothing to do on weekend, beautiful staff though ([name removed]) and ([name removed]).

Very friendly and supportive staff, really good food, good groups.

There could be blackout blinds installed (especially would be good for summer months).

On the whole I found all the staff throughout the cardinal kind ad helpful I felt what I gave of me came back twice fold. I felt secure, only some patients made me feel otherwise but I had re-assurance from the nurses ad also the lovely cleaning staff. Change over time was sometimes difficult as if I needed any help (rarely) I was told to wait.

Excellent nurse care, accommodation and food restful, mentioned. Extremely beneficial group sessions.

Better management of patient guidelines/rules for example phone usage in shaved spaces, timely arrival to sessions.
