The staff are great particularly [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed]. The facilities available are good and make for a stress free experience group content is useful but limited if people are not actively doing the work, which I feel should b part of the sessions rather than teamwork.

I found it very difficult to ask for help, and feel this could have been picked up sooner and supported more. I was given freedom to ruminate for much of my stay which has contribute to keeper feelings of depression. { } thorough moments have one from { } conversations, from staff such as [name removed] and [name removed] when they sensed something off. I feel closer engagement with patients would really help, especially for those of us rushing feelings and looking nice.
