The service overall was good.

Suggested improvements
  • The reception staff were pleasant whilst informing us there would be a two hour wait. A Scottish man dressed in blue (a nurse?) had finished treating a patient and approached the reception. He was asked to cover the reception for a short while. As patients arrived he was quite loud asking what their problems were and then going on to tell them that they should have been seen at their GP's for this, and he's fed up with them sending people to here. The next patient arrived and she was also told that her GP should have seen her, then went on to give his opinion on how GP's have received training. He was extremely unprofessional, forcing his own opinions on others, (without knowing any details) insulting his fellow colleagues. The lady receptionist didn't get involved.
