Kirsten was absolutely lovely and really me feel reassured by explaining what she was doing in depth I I w as really well educated about sexual health. Kirstin is a credit to the clinic and took away any discomfort or embarrassment.

Helped me so much, understood my concerns regarding implant fitting but I needn’t have worried, was so scared of going my GP so went here instead.

Kirst was absolutely amazing and made me feel completely comfortable discussing the subject, especially as a trans woman.

When I came to Brook the first time the staff made me feel welcome and that is a struggle for me because I become shy. The staff encouraged me to speak about anything if I felt uncomfortable about they spoke to me with manners and took their time.

Such kind nurses, not worried about saying anything to them. helped me with my anxiety throughout the procedure.

The person who I saw made me feel comfortable, calmed me when I was worried and made sure completely that I didn’t feel a thing and assured me I would be okay, they put up with me being scared and even crying, but they were patient, and I could not be more grateful, they didn’t make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable about me getting upset.

My experience at Brook was perfect. I was treated with sensitivity and respect and felt like I could trust all the staff members and be completely open about my problems.

I have been using Brook Burnley for a number of years, the staff are friendly yet professional and everyone makes me feel incredibly supported and safe.

Debbie is a wonderful nurse, is very understanding and always suggests the best options for me. Sometimes if I’m nervous for my appointment she immediately puts me at ease.
