During my treatment, I am exceptionally pleased with the way the counsellor is dealing with my situation. I have been treated with utmost respect and kindness. Compared to other counselling services, I have been treated better and I feel more positive that I will feel better once this treatment is complete.
Very professional, caring and helpful. Made me feel relaxed and at ease. Easy to talk to Zoe. Let me talk as much as I wanted and gave as much information as I asked for.

I would usually visit my GP with my concerns however due to Coronavirus I noticed the Brook was my nearest place to get the service I required so I tried ringing there instead. I got a phone appointment and was able to pick up what I needed from the branch the same day! I was met with nothing but kindness and compassion by Clare at the Blackburn Branch, she listened to my concerns/symptoms and helped me very promptly so my problem didn’t escalate! I would recommend this service to anyone :-)
The overall experience has been brilliant both times I have visited. Dealt with kindness and respect each time. The nurse Alex is so lovely and listens to every need you have and takes her time. I felt like I had know her for ages and could open up to her very easily. 100% recommend to anyone that needs any of the services.
I am pleased with the service of brook, they did everything the way I wanted them to, they were able to get back to me as quickly as they possibly could and resolve my issue efficiently, they also delivered my necessities within less than a day, I’m very pleased with what they do and satisfied with the communication and pace! Great work even during this pandemic
I was quite disappointed with the nurse I was treated by at Blackburn Brook yesterday. She came across quite rude - especially after weighing me.
Once we sat down after she weighed me, she looked at me and said "you've put some weight on" (now I always look at the scale when I get weighed before my injection and I am always inbetween 65kg -70kg, usually around the 67kg mark). She then went on to say "does your skirt not feel tight?". I said no it doesn't and, in my opinion, she looked at me as though to say "well it should". She then told me it's okay though because my BMI is still healthy - if this is the case, then what's the need to make them comments?
I thought this was very rude and very unprofessional, especially as a nurse who is giving someone contraception. Girls usually have some underlying body image issues and these comments could seriously upset someone, which a nurse should know!!
Hopefully I don't get this nurse again.

This facility is amazing they look after you well and give you the best treatment, I would recommend this facility for anyone as they never make you feel uncomfortable during your appointment
