I went into Brooke really worried about a symptom. The receptionist was so lovely and managed to get me booked in for the same day which was so appreciated. Emma the nurse who I saw was so educated and so reassuring. I felt very comfortable and comforted when I came out. Great service

I was seen by Rebecca -firstly on the telephone as then in person and she was professional, informative but most of all helpful-I’ve suffered with issues for several months now and this service (and her) have provided the most clarity and help -FAR more than my own GP. Thank you

The nurse I saw was very nice and understanding.

When I went in to see the nurse my partner was waiting in the waiting area and he heard the receptionist talking about me saying that I need the abortion pill due to getting pregnant on the implant and my partner got very upset hearing that and that girls with tattoos and piercings are disgusting there partners arnt gonna love them in the future and I’m heavenly tattooed my partner heard it all whilst waiting for me they shouldn’t be saying that but the nurse was lovely

Brilliant experience, was settled throughout the process.
I couldn't have asked for better from Emma, right from the beginning I was made to feel comfortable and was asked if I was okay every step of the way!
