Was seen by such a lovely lady (can’t remember her name with glasses) and she made me feel so at ease. I had my implant removed from my arm and she took real care of me. I didn’t feel a thing and I wasn’t expecting such an easy removal. Would definitely recommend and I’d rather go here than my own doctors now.

My assigned clinician was Sue, i hope she will forgive me for forgetting her last name but she was very knowledgable and giving with that knowledge and she treated me with dignity and respect and reassured me when i felt embarassed. Excellent member of staff. The receptionists were very friendly too.

I came in first but was seen last but there’s not much Brooks could have done any differently in that regard.

I was referred by my GP because my local surgery couldn’t assist with the removal of the coil. When Brook was first mentioned, I was surprised because I’m in my 40s but learnt that they now support all ages.
From the first call to my visit, the staff are extremely friendly and supportive.
During my appointment, the nurse was extremely helpful in answering my questions and explaining what would happen.

Absolutely fantastic team. Friendly, professional, reassuring and the facilities are clean and friendly and inviting. Honestly couldn’t recommend Brook Blackburn highly enough!

Brilliant, been a few times here, your staff are amazing, I don’t leave reviews but the team here in Brook deserve it. I’m a fainter when it comes to needles and they always look after me, never feel rushed to get out and you can literally ask them anything on sexual heath topic without feeling awarded. I needed a quick appointment because I had symptoms, I was seen and treated within 18 hour of ringing up.
