My assigned clinician was Sue, i hope she will forgive me for forgetting her last name but she was very knowledgable and giving with that knowledge and she treated me with dignity and respect and reassured me when i felt embarassed. Excellent member of staff. The receptionists were very friendly too.

I came in first but was seen last but there’s not much Brooks could have done any differently in that regard.
