Soon as I arrived the reception ladies were very friendly and kind
The 2 nurses that I had for having a coil removed and replaced were amazing they explained everything even what it would feel like and they was spot on
My procedure was very quick and comfortable
I cant thank them enough as I was extremely nervous and I really didn't need to be

On arrival I was slightly late as cudnt find the location but I was treated with respect and made me feel very comfortable and very friendly and lovely people, bless I would defo come hea again next time thank you to all staff that was there on Tuesday afternoon..

I felt very comfortable visiting the clinic. The staff was lovely and friendly and made me feel welcome as well as safe. I feel reassured after visiting and was treated with the utmost respect. As a young girl, I’m extremely grateful for the care I was given here and would recommend the clinic to others.
