Soon as I arrived the reception ladies were very friendly and kind The 2 nurses that I had for having a coil removed and replaced were amazing they explained everything even what it would feel like and they was spot on My procedure was very quick and comfortable I cant thank them enough as I was extremely nervous and I really didn't need to be
