nothing to be improved.
A certain member of staff could improve her attitude and how are talks to patients - initials (S.P), as I find it very rude and discourages patients recovery, although I do like the rest of the other staff who work on the ward and find them very helpfull!
hating is in serious need of servicing by an engineer.
The place is freezing.
The dining room door does not close and makes the room not fit for purpose.
Room 4 - Bathroom floor needs resurfacing - Inadequate stope resulting in puddles forming away from the shower area.
Nursing staff on Bay ward cope in difficult circumstances a small amount of funding would result in a better environment for all.
Thank you for your feedback which we take very seriously. We have looked at our staffing levels on our inpatient wards and are satisfied that we can provide care in a safe way. However, we have had to rely recently on an unusual number of temporary staff which, we realise, does not always provide the continuity and quality of care that patients expect. We are actively recruiting more permanent staff and, wherever possible, using the same temporary staff so they get to know patients. We are also training the temporary staff so that they can better support regular staff with activities both within and outside the hospital. We will be closely monitoring feedback.
The staff are great on Bay ward but there's not enough of them- need more health care assistants!
There could be an opportunity to study free whilst in care!
I would like to use my computer, but they wouldn't let me.
I wish I was adolescent: They will go to home tuition, even from Berrywood.
It's boring, being here. We should leave.
Care staff and nurses are brilliant especially with such limited staffing time and resources.
The doctors would benefit if only they would expand discussions on diagnoises and care - please.
Well Susie HCA- has been amazing she has done everything to help destress my life I'm.
Dyslxex helped me with forms sorted my benefits.
Couldn't off get through.
She runs herself ragged and this hospital is lucky to have her.
Kind and considerate nurses attentive.
Would like to be involved in my complaints and was happy and give choices.
The nurses are nice and caring, and some of them go out of their way to help you. Although I do think that some of the nurses attitude could improve towards patients. I also think they could be more interactive with patients, but to do that there needs to be more staff.

Care plan taylored to me, given time to speak to the pchycaligist.
there are limited activities to do and it would be nice to do more group avtivities on the ward, I also feel that the HCA's should get further training in mental health as it is a specialist area. Uline the general hospital.
