Food is good.
Personal communication is good.
Staff are very good.
The staff Lopetta, Timmoe, Lauron and Rita and Moore all a credit to the NHS.
The food is of a good and rared choice.
Improvements could be made on the induction process.
The number of bank staff on turn round seems to disfoint the building of trusting relationships in the care process.
Thank you for your feedback which we take very seriously. We have looked at our staffing levels on our inpatient wards and are satisfied that we can provide care in a safe way. However, we have had to rely recently on an unusual number of temporary staff which, we realise, does not always provide the continuity and quality of care that patients expect. We are actively recruiting more permanent staff and, wherever possible, using the same temporary staff so they get to know patients. We are also training the temporary staff so that they can better support regular staff with activities both within and outside the hospital. We will be closely monitoring feedback.
Food is OK.
Carol is a blessing in disguise.
Shes an angel.
The care is very good in the circumstances ( which is very difficult) ant the staff/ management are trying their best to hit the middle ground of progress.
The care was extremely good. Unfortunately when I was first hospitalized I did not appreciate the care of the staff. The staff I felt were ignoring me at times but the truth was they were short staffed. One member of staff (Suzie) was always asking me if I would need any help and I really loved her for that. she would always be rushed off her feet and always made a pleasant comment on my hair and the way I looked. She flushed from on end of the corridor to the other. may we find staff like her again I really don't know if we would or not. In my care I would like to say she is definitely an angel in disguise.
The staff are so supportive they are always there when you need them.
The improvement what you need is staffing the staff are run ragged but they still find time for you when understaffed. They never complain and I hope things will improve in the near future for the nursing staff. Because they deserve to have proper staffing on each ward.
