The staff welcomed me and a staff member called Dorothy made me a cup of tea, they spoke to me like a human and when I needed the help I got it. The security guard was called jake and he spoke to me and reassured me in the waiting room as I was very nervous which was very comforting.

Felt that I was listened to and everything was explained to me clearly and simply. The staff were very kind and did not pressurise me.
I would recommend this service to anyone - more like this is needed.
