Laura T, was a star and I would go as far as to say that she saved my life with the support she gave me

Was there for an hour then was greeted by laura and she was fantastic compassionate and got it sorted for me asap then left and went home

Everything went smoothly, didn’t take too long, was respected and all good Alfred listened and cared, did not judge me great lad

I didnt have a bedroom door that did not secure and although at times a member of staff wzs present in the corridor. Many days occurred where there was no one and patients were left to wander into my room and take or move things. I did not feel particularly safe at night for this reason too especially as there were a few very unwell patients on the ward

At the beginning I had no trust with anyone other than Gemma Beacham

The staff are very good at their individual job roles and I just felt the sense of teamwork all round. It's been such a personal journey, one that I will always remember as I feel that I was allowed to transform into my best self.

staff often rude when knocking on office that did feel difficult like i was a bother

Felt safe and looked after not just ignored.

The staff and doctors looked after me well.
