Complaint in the time it takes to answer the telephone at reception, even allowing fro obvious business at time.
On 5th I phoned, pressing two for appointments. The phone rang for 12 mins, 17 secs before being answered. The time I rang was 5-15 pm (surely not an over busy time).
Your reception service, is struggling.
Very improved service.
The staff, nurses and doctors are all professional, helpful and have been very supportive. I have not had any problems getting appointments or contacting them by phone.
My one request would be online appointment booking.
A great surgery overall.
It is really difficult to get through to the surgery by telephone. I am fortunate that I can keep re-dialing but often do not through for 20 minutes or so. This must be extremely frustrating for patients who cannot constantly re-dial.
Difficult to get through on the telephone especially in the mornings, although this has improved to a degree since the introduction of the extra lines installation.
It would be a great benefit if we were able to pre-book appointments, so that we can fit around other commitments and alleviate repeated phone ins.
