The Surgery is mostly well -organised and efficient. The system of making most Doctor appointments from 8am on the same day works well so far as I am concerned. My main point, which i have raised several times in the past is that instead of showing on the board photos of the main partners only, they should display photos of all the doctors working in the practice, their names and other briel details . If their days of working are more or less fixed, these could be published too, or even put up weekly or monthly if they vary. Arrangements for getting prescriptions are fine, so are those for getting nurse and treatment appointments.
