As with most GP surgeries it's hard to get appointments but the receptionists are some of the nicest I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with so it doesn't feel like a battle to get to see a doctor.
I've had some excellent care during my pregnancy and feel supported in general by the surgery.
There do seem some issues in long term care - I have been told several times now that I'm due for an asthma review when I hhav recently had one, for example. However that is a minor quibble!
I try not to frequent the surgery often, however, when I do and find the receptionist to be professional, coupled with kindness and always try to accommodate.
Melanie in her usual professional but kindly fashion took a test to try and ascertain the cause of my leg pains, and both her and her colleague were extremely kind and never once made me fee as if I were a bother! when one is talking about something it helps!
Grateful thanks to all concerned.
Nurse practitioner working as nurse (Mel) provided 1st class treatment. Courteous, helpful, and informative. I feel confident from Mel's advice.
He was polite, direct and was very "putting you at ease".
I would like to have a general comments. As a patient, I think and expect from my sergury to provid minimum service to her patients - like water. As you probably know, the patients are not feeling well, that's why they are coming to the sergury. I would expect from the management to make sure for water supply as it is the basic thing to have in a health care
