Breached the GDPR by registering me for online prescriptions without my consent. Also shared my sensitive data when I had explicitly witheld consent. Clueless about statutory obligations under GDPR.

Not once in 3 years have they correctly issued my prescriptions. At this point it's fairly clear it's deliberate.

Stop discriminating against patients you dislike or at least don't make it so obvious, it's embarrassing.

I cannot in good conscience recommend any of the practitioners here. Service is consistently lacking. Strong focus on profitable incentivised screenings and injections. Zero focus or concern for patient health. Twice failed to diagnose diseases. Unwilling to learn from mistakes, astonishingly arrogant. Consistently make mistakes with prescriptions to the point I believe its deliberate. Highly prejudiced and discriminatory.

Failed to respond to a Subject Access Request within the ample deadline so I've had to report them to the Office of the Information Commissioner. So much unnecessary aggravation just to get my own records.

Respond to SARs as per standard professional practice. Train staff to understand good practice and your obligations under GDPR.

The practitioners talk down to patients, they are condescending and have no interest whatsoever. Expect nothing because that is exactly what you will get. Have had discussions with neighbours about how awful this place is; not one of us has ever had a reasonable level of service there. We actually joke about how we go to A and E or walk-in clinics for medical attention, because there's no point even going here.
