I was made to feel incredibly comfortable by all staff. I was seen quickly and was happy with my experience. The self checkin was very quick and easy.

I have recently moved and expected to wait weeks and expected defensive and unhelpful attitude as this is what I have been used to but instead I receieved a very helpful and can do and understanding attitude whuch was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated.

Called Friday afternoon and the receptionist was very helpful. I was seen that afternoon by a lovely doctor, who has also been extremely kind and helpful.
She put my mind at rest and showed genuine empathy.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
