Couldn't fault any aspect from start to finish. Requested an appt on Tuesday, was seen Thur morning, x Ray lunchtime and received results in the afternoon.
Suggested improvements
Can't think of anything sensibly that could have been better.

I was really impressed with my experience. I submitted my enquiry online, which was a really user friendly process. I was then given a telephone appointment 2 days later, which determined I needed to be seen in person. I was able to get a face to face appointment the same day. The speed at which my enquiry was dealt with was great and I was pleasantly surprised.
Both the Receptionist and Doctor (Dr [name removed]) were very friendly and helpful. I was really pleased with the level of care I received.

There is nothing about my experience that I feel could have been done better.

I didn't have any problems apart from all the traveling I had to do mainly because of lack of communication

On the day nothing the doctor I saw I couldn't fault
I guess it's the times we live in but 10month to be seen is a bit much from me 1st contacting my own health centre but I think their referral could of been clearer as I had already sent photos and spoke to my doctor who had decided it should be removed yet the doctor I saw on the day at Grange was unclear why I was there

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
