Difficult to get any appointments the staff taking the call ask questions and then decide themselves whether you need an appointment. When I tried in in July I was told it would be 3 weeks before an appointment was free so a friend took me to Westmorland General who immediately sent me bey ambulance to Lancaster. They found I had a blood clot on my head and and I was admitted for a week . I am still taking medication as I have lost a lot of memory and and find it difficult to find my words when talking
The staff were very efficient and helpful. The nurse who gave me my flu jab was brilliant and answered my questions with ease. Thank you.
It is not as easy or convenient as it was in my earlier years.
I have always found the practice very good.
Not too easy to get an appointment, I understand how busy everyone is, but If you are worried about a loved one who can I turn to?
