Sometimes you struggle to get through on the phone especially certain times of the day, you could be waiting for a while before getting through

I went for a flu jab at 9.18 and I was outbid the surgery by 9.20 even though there was a bug queue.

Waiting so long for a GPs appointment is very poor

You need to be more efficient. Why have I had to book a flu jab and a covid jab on two different days, give them both at once like other surgeries do. Same for annual blood tests

Whilst it is easier to get a face to face now it can sometimes be weeks away leaving you to worry or the symptoms ease so you tend to cancel

The booster and flu jabs were organised very well at the surgery so no complaints

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
