Doctors should have known about a health passport and disabled safe guarding document for our son. Also should have known about [name removed] the special needs nurse for the area and contacted him. The Doctors should have listened to me about my concerns for [name removed] and sent him to hospital for investigations. I know him better than anyone else. If that would have happened we would not have had four weeks of a nightmare backwards and forwards to hospital, resulting in surgery a stoma and a bag. What our son and ourselves have gone through is disgraceful. I would not like anyone else in our situation to go through this ever .

It is not easy to get an apptmt at the surgery in under four weeks. To get a telephone apptmt you have to start ringing at 8am

I should have picked the doctor up on a comment she made.

Easy by text for flu vaccination. My husband does not find it easy to get an appointment.

My appointment was just for a flu vaccine. All fine for me. A little confusion with clinic A, B, C. Just an observation but there were 2 or 3 people trying to queue with mobility problems- perhaps they could have been fast tracked through.
