Got appointment fairly quickly. Everyone super friendly. After my appointment I was squeezed in very last minute for my flu jab, saving me time and another journey back the surgery. Don’t visit often but was very happy with my experience. Thank you.

I last attended my local surgery to have my flu vaccination. Although I was in a long line of patients, the whole process was carefully and efficiently managed. I have only praise for the way in which the whole process was handled.

On this occasion booking flu jab was very easy and convenient. The appointment was on time and very well organised. There was no waiting time.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
