It was all very efficient

I think the health check was very good but it was weighted towards alcohol consumption - I think there should be more precise questions about diet and exactly what people eat since many people are obese and need help.

I had to wait three weeks for an appointment which was a telephone app after that too. I had said how stressed I was feeling and things I had going on which is a very difficult conversation to have via phone, I felt I wasn’t really listened too, and the experience added to my stress, I’m due back at work next week and although don’t feel ready, equally don’t want the stress of waiting for telephone call for weeks on end!!

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
