I phoned at 8am and waited in the queue, the care navigator was unable to provide an appointment for my 6 year old that was a time sensitive issue. I was told to go to the hospital or ring 111, the hospitals are at crisis level and I should be able to book an appointment with my own GP practice when I call first thing in the morning but due to the care navigators deeming the issue none urgent I didn't get my 6 year old an appointment. Their process is not appropriate as it should be triaged case by case by a medically trained professional.

You could of provided an appointment to my 6 year old.

Rang in the morning feeling very poorly , receptionist gave me an afternoon appointment, the nurse practitioner was very helpful and thorough.

My appointment was at 14.20, my medication wasn't dispensed until 18.50, I'd paid for it after my appointment to make collection easier, but had to pay again as it was to late for the james Cochrane dispensery, and it had to be transferred next door to Well dispensery.

The practice nurse was professional friendly and competent. The receptionist helped when the patient check in system wasn’t working. I thought the downstairs reception area floor would benefit from a hoover.

I’m not sure the patient registration system on arrival is the best for a patient, nice to be greeted with a real person.
