Great all round service. Being listened to by the GP, having things explained in detail so I could understand what was what. Having a say in my treatment too is a major plus. The medical care is outstanding.

The lady on reception was the nicest person I have ever experienced at your practice - which is a huge improvement from normal. The nice receptionist was approx 40years old, female, long blonde hair.
The Doctor today was by far the best person I have spoken to. Dr [name removed], sadly is a trainee and will likely be moving on, but what a delight he is and is exactly the type of person you should be looking to recruit at your practice.
The male pharmacist was excellent, friendly, quick, knowledgeable. Excellent service.

Today was great. However, overall your surgery seems to run a ‘sad’ environment. Not sure what causes that, but it needs improvement.

We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
