Great care from start to finish, the receptionist was exceptional, sorry I didn't get her name although she did have her name on the lanyard. Very

Having the only option to phone daily at 8am for urgent/semi urgent appointments could be improved.
Having the ability to book appointments online for same day/next day appointments after a short questionnaire to assess symptoms and urgency would improve the booking experience and also free up receptionist time

Profile
We take pride in offering the highest standard of patient centred healthcare for the community of Kendal and the surrounding areas. Operating across 2 sites, we are the largest General Practice in the South Lakes area and offer a range of services at both. We offer some evening and weekend appointments.
We understand the importance of listening to our patients, and reflecting on feedback so that we can make improvements if necessary. Its also great to hear when we're making a positive difference!
