My husband and I have had serious health problems during the last few years. We have greatly appreciated the support, sympathy and efficiency of the Receptionists and the Doctors who have "gone the extra mile" to help us. The e-mail/text reminders are very useful.

On the whole it's straightforward to get appointments but not always with the Dr you prefer. Telephone consultations are very good and sometimes all you need is reassurance from a doctor. I've found most receptionists very helpful and sometimes very understanding when trying to see a particular Dr. I find the 'one thing wrong with you and 10 minute consultation' quite stressful as I did today. Like many people I don't want to waste the Drs time but Ieft today's appointment feeling that I had.

Managed to get an appointment with Dr George Kassianos. He is the most charming, attentive and efficient doctor.
