I don’t know about the 2nd 3rd or 4th question as i cant get an appointment in the surgery to see what these points are like.. as for the receptionist you cant actually get through to speak to anyone.so cant comment and as for the last question that’s actually impossible.. i filled an consult a few weeks ago.. never got a call back as per when expected, but then a wk later i got one, rang for 13seconds and hangs up.. (not the first time this has happened… Now as per i have rung the surgery 22 times today. Apart from being on hrt that’s not helping or working i said i was depressed and low.. still no help.. the the feck are us patients ment to do to get help..
I understand the surgery have done an admirable thing using the surgery as a covid site to do the injections but the rest of the world has opened up no except for the surgery.
Why is it so difficult to get through to get an appointment? Then when you do get through there are NO appointments. I suffer with a long health condition which I only ever come to the Drs when I really need to but can NEVER get anywhere when I do need the help. Which makes me suffer more at home with my condition that I feel is too much.
i just wanted to pass on my praise for the reassuring treatment I received before during and after my Covid Vaccine at Birch Hill. Both professional a volunteer staff were very helpful. A big Thank You to everyone involved.
I hope the second jab will be just as smooth. I and some others need lots of reassurance at this difficult time.
I have never had anything to complain about Dr Holmes is excellent, will always
Call you back and if I can’t manage to get there will come out to see you.
All the Doctors are there for you
My Sister died this year and both a doctors and receptionists and nurses were
so very kind and caring
I am not in good health and try my best to not to trouble them to much.but when
I do they very very good,
I get fed up with people who run them down I feel having to look after so many
patients they do the best they can.
I had a telephone appointment with a pharmacist, however she called 2 hours early and so I could not take the call as I was in another appointment. When I called to reschedule the next available appointment wasn't until next week. Surely if the pharmacist was rattling through her appointments so quickly that she could call me 2 hours early she would have enough time to call me back the same day. It's unprofessional and unreasonable to so drastically change appointment times to suite yourselves just because they are tele appointments. You can't expect patients to wait by the phone all day for your call, and then if they miss it (because they have jobs and lives of their own) be forced through the whole mess again the following week.
