The services at Ringmead are appalling,, it seems the more time the doctors have, the less time they have to see patients, I am talking about most appointments now are by telephone, which cuts down docs time, but I cant see a doc for 2 weeks, I was even asked if I would like to go to Boundary House?? How can that be good for doctor/patient relationship? I have been using Ringmead for nearly 40 years, when it used to be at Lochinver I am becoming more and more dissatisfied each time I visit, It seems that the doctors spend a lot of time on holiday or doing Private work and neglecting their ''bread and butter'' patients. I wish I could find a decent practise in Bracknell that actually cares about their patients.

Friendly helpful staff. Positive and reassuring actions. Very attentive to your request. Doctors listen to you and are aware of your history, so you are put at ease immediately you enter the consulting room. Very explanatory about what they are doing and check that you understand there diagnosis and how to take medication if needed. I feel the care provided by this practice is brilliant, I cannot really see that any improvements could be made to provide any better care. I always speak as I find with truthfulness . Administration staff , Nurses, Doctors, and all whom may be involved in this practice, deserve credit where credit is due!!!

I feel very comfortable in this surgery, some times it make be hard to book an appointment but I know I will get seen, and if it truly is an emergency they always work around my busy schedule and make sure I still receive the best care possible. The doctors are lovely and friendly always

Receptionists at Birch Hill are always polite, pleasant and helpful. Sadly the same cannot be said for the female doctor I saw. She seemed very uninterested, didn't explain things, asked the minimum amount of questions and did not involve me much in my treatment plan. She did not tell me the cause of my illness and did not mention ways to avoid getting it again which (now I've searched the Internet for help) seems an important thing to miss. Crossing my fingers I won't need to go back!

I have been a patient with this practice for many years. I have seen new doctors arrive and some that have been practicing throughout this time. Never have I had room to complain, even though sometimes appointments have been harder to achieve. All the Doctors, Nurses and Reception are very professional and need to be congratulated on the service they give to this community Birch Hill and Great Hollands alike.
