Whenever I call for an appointment I am on the phone for up to an hour. I should be able to ask for a call back via email or make appointments in another way.

I was in there this morning and went into a seizure and if it wasn't for the reception staff at the time I don't know what I would of done without them so I would like to give wendy and Theresa a big massive thank u for rushing to my aid and also to the 2 drs that came rushing to my aid as well thank u ever so much for calming me down and helping me out of it

So difficult to get through on the phone to book an appointment. I have given up many times after waiting for 10-20 minutes. Doctors I have seen have been really kind but all seem rushed which is probably common across all GPs sadly. Nurses are all very lovely and seem to have much more time for you and are more relaxed than the Doctors. Receptionists are kind and efficient when you eventually talk with them. Building seems a little rundown and dated even with the reception desk area being refurbished recently.

Was refused an emergency appointment as advised by 111 (who states she needed to see a go within an hour) for my very poorly 14 month old by a very rude receptionist.
