We always have to wait for a ring back which at times is less than convenient.

When l went to the surgery to make an appointment the receptionist was very helpful and put the system on my phone and gave me appointment for blood test.

Very friendly and helpful staff, requested for the appointment online, got the answer in a couple of days with the date and the time for my appointment.

I was 4 minutes late because my daughter fell over in the car park and cut her lip, because of this I was not allowed to attend my appointment and told the nurse had already moved on to the next patient!
To add to this I asked the receptionist if she had a tissue for my little ones bleeding face to which she told me she had none?! In a doctors surgery you have no form of tissues to aid in a cut lip on a 1 year old?! Absolutely shocking, disgusting, disgraceful service! You should be ashamed of the way you would treat and injured baby!
