I am nearly 83 and have used the NHS since its inception in 1948. This practice is as good as it can be. The mechanism for ordering repeat prescriptions works well but the only way I know of making contact for other reasons , short of telephoning or calling at the surgery is to send a letter. An email address used to exist but has now gone. A replacement email address would be helpful. There is good liason between Dr Hiley and Dr Pickett, consultant in the Renal Department of Gloucester Royal Hospital

Receptionists know most patients well and greet them by name. Most of the time can get an appointment to see the doctor of choice within a reasonable time, in an emergency can get same day appointments. All doctors are very good. Practice Nurses know their patients and arrange to do more tasks in one appointment saving ill patients multiple visits eg blood tests plus flu vaccines.
