Yesterday I was able to get my 91 year old father an appointment with a nurse for this morning ..... The nurse asked dad if she could help him walk to her room by holding his arm gaining trust and help straight away ..... She included both of us in all that she did and decided to call on a doctor for extra advice . Again the doctor was very kind patient and very professional nothing was too much trouble ! We were well looked after . Another nurse who had popped in for bloods had remembered dads itchy skin and had suggested soaked oat compress . All in all a positive friendly caring experience. It would be more helpful to get an appointment faster as it is a 2 week wait. The one receptionest didnt ring the doctor to report that I came in with a lot of pain when she was told to by another receptionest, even though I did see the doctor ealier I did have to wait for quite some time. The doctor dealt with it fast and was polite. Some of the receptionests are very polite and helpful. The doctors are always polite and the surgery is always clean.

Reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful despite having a VERY busy surgery. Able to book up to a month in advance and urgent appts available too if it’s urgent
