I suffer from osteoarthritis. I beg the receptionist not to book my appointments upstairs. Because stairs aggravate the arthritis in my knees. My knees gave away on Friday as I was going upstairs, and I was in a lot pain, which affected me at work. The shift manager at work had to ask me to go home because I was in pain. Every time I want to book appointments, they don't give me same day. Even on that Friday they wanted to puch it to Monday and I said no. I am even scared to call the surgery to book appointments because as soon as I say my name and my date birth. They always says there is no same day appointment.

Think about accommodating people with disabilities and mobility issues.
