The lady i seen was very welcoming, put me at ease straight away. She advised me but allowed me to make an informed decision based on the information she have me. Was able to get an apt easily enough

The receptionist was not friendly. My appointment was delayed by half an hour. I was waiting in the reception area but no one informed about the delay. At 4:30 pm when the lady who had appointment at 4:15 got checked and went home out of curiosity I enquired about my appointment. But the receptionist was not apologetic but looked annoyed and replied that your appointment is with different doctor who is running late.

I think the person at the reception must be friendly and welcoming. Must proactively inform the patients if their doctor is lagging behind.

Sometimes the queue is far too long when you are 8th or 9th in a queue to make an appointment. Then not always an appointment available so ring back next day only quite often to be told sorry no available appointment today this is extremely upsetting and frustrating for patients. Would be much easier for the patients and also help cut down the sometimes long queues when ringing surgery if more pre-bookable appointments could be made. Once an appointment is made I think all staff that I have had contact with have been polite courteous and very helpful.

May be find a better appointment system as when ringing for an appointment when not well to be in a long queue or to be told no appointment available can often make you feel worse and be quite depressing.
