Called at 8.00am. I was number 13 in the queue so requested to keep my position in the queue and requested a call back. I waited 1 hour 25 minutes for my call to be returned.

I have been with this surgery for many years and have always felt the doctors were thorough and friendly.

I gave this as its very difficult to get an appointment, you ring at 8am and join a long queue then the appointments are taken by the time you reach number 1 and speak to someone
