My husband and I moved here a year ago and have received great care & attention for a number of medical issues. We have found all members of staff, receptionists, nurses, admin & doctors to be helpful, efficient & very personable. Quick appointments when required, quick responses to online requests & quick referrals. It’s a shame they get bad press when they have such a huge amount of patients to care for.
I messaged the surgery and had a call back quite clearly something that was not trained in medicine at all. She has caused me numerous problem in the pas and abusive.
Whilst I appreciate doctors do not work anymore she should not be inviting complaints.
A trained person should at least return the call an know what they are talking about.
She really is the NHSs worst enemy. I have now barred your number and will nt come in the doors of the delapidated building.
Very poor on the advise of prescribing ignore diabetes check ups follew ups and medication if an appointment received cancel as the managing Gps do not have the will to are. Shw said she was a managing prescriber who had never been trained.
I know who she is and when I asked her name she replied F... O..
She walks a rather overweight King Charles
I telephoned and could not get through. I messaged them on their site and had a call from prescribing. I explained I had a lot of blood in my faeces and the reply was we cannot do anything take paracetamol as many as you want.
She has worked at the surgery many years and has absolutely no training in medicine a disgrace to the NHS.
As you can take ibuprofen and paracetamol together 100 of each should suffice the pain daily as the surgery has told me they do not recognize covid or cancer.
Very sad to receive a text for repeat blood when Gps are not trained to read them. Tried to get an appointment but staff have been instructed never to offer appointments and s the Gps do not want to see anyone and simply do not care. Take paracetamol as there are no limits. I have also been told this by a member of staff while food shopping and the surgery if heading for closure.
Diabetes does not exist self medicate as the nurse like paling games on her phone
