I had an appointment in the summer and on reflection all og m answers were not right. I would like to see Ms.Gache again but have found it near on impossible especially the phone. She asked me to see another lady who was exactly the opposite and I came away in tears. She had neither heard of blood pressure or diabetes and given my medical history I have been left out in the cold. I now know what rge hospitals say nobody wants to try to listen or understand. It was lefy if blood pressure climbs self medicate, I wonder,

Direct patients to the correct people. Triage in my opinion a faiure. Paracetamol regardless of the dose is not the answer.

I am not sure what is going on. My bloods are really bad this time and not one of the staff is trained to read them. I had to laugh the diabetic nurse had not heard of high blood pressure or diabetes. I did learn from her that she knew how to play games on her phone for the 30 min appointment. She must be a games tester. If an appointment is ever made and I see her name it will be cancelled

Recruit correctly qualified staff

It is the first time ever that I have had a successful appointment. Ms Gache is firs class and should rewarded as so. I found her so helpful and very knowledgeable more than I can say for any of the other staff I have come across and the GPs seem to know nothing. The trCiage system seems to fail all. The woman on the phone told me paracetamol is used to lower blood pressure and there was no limit on how many to take. I am not mad.

Consider training and the restructuring of the surgery.

I came into the surgery and stood for 30 mins for someone to appear. The woman could not life her head and I showed her a letter for a medical review. She said w cannot do that for a year as we have no trained staff and the NHS computer system has crashed. Just ignore the letters. Do not complain Madam B bins them.

I have been sent a letter asking for me ro make an appointment for a review. I cannot do this as there are no staff in reception, the telephone never answered and a total incmpetent bunch not one person trained and the nurses are prescribing abysmal. Nobody does any work and paid for nothing, well done
