I rang Thursday morning and was rung shortly after with an appointment for Friday morning at 9.30. I was see promptly by a young man named Lee. He was friendly, kind and efficient. I am very pleased with my service and you are all a credit to the NHS. Thankyou.

I can’t think of much except coming to Collington took a little more organising for myself, I don’t have transport, but an elderly friend kindly brought me. I normally go to Sea Road Surgery. But I was so grateful to get an appointment, it wasn’t such a big deal.

I was sent to Collington from Pebsham as they were unable to provide a nurse. I have booked in for my next at Collington.

The receptionist was very friendly. The doctor was so thorough and very sympathic to my symtoms. After being admitted in to hospital many times I now feel with the help of the doctor that I may find out what is wrong with me. Thank you to all the staff at collington

The telephone service is quite frustrating when you are not able to be kept on hold for s long time, but once you're spoken to a member of staff the service I have received has been excellent...
