Dr Davies was brilliant. He was thorough and very easy to talk to. Appointment was quickly arranged.

Hopefully having more doctors will mean the waiting time to get telephone appts will reduce. Thank you

Sheer numbers trying to speak to or see a doctor means it can be very difficult to get an appointment. But I have found the receptionists do their very best to help you.

On this occasion I feel my need is being met but I now know I have a lengthy wait to see the appropriate doctor.

Cannot book appointment at surgery. By phone only apparently and then long wait in queue, normally around 20 minutes or longer. However, once triaged, usually seen or contacted the same day.

Reverse the clock to before Covid. Did not seem to have a problem before then!

Took 2 attempts and hanging on for approx 17 mins before I got to speak to someone. When I did they were very helpful in arranging my appointment

Being able to get through quicker would Be nice.

Great service for my booked shingles vaccine. However due the overwhelming demand on your overstretched practice (which isn’t your fault, I’m not blaming anyone), it can be difficult to get an appointment if you’re at work and cannot phone the surgery at 8am sharp as all the triage appointments are gone.

I think overall you do an amazing job under extremely difficult circumstances. So well done!
