I feel very lucky to have had a face to face appointment. I think our surgery in Ninfield is very good. Also the receptionist was good.

I find it far easier to get an appointment by going into the building or sending an email, rather than the long phone queues.

It can be very difficult to get through to the surgery especially if your limited for how long you wait on the phone and you have to get to work.

I felt very uncomfortable with this particular doctor, he continued to examine my breast when the chaperone had left the room.

Monitor the doctors practice ensure he is aware of his actions.
