Waited about 20 minutes and you have to persevere but received a call back very quickly and was seen in the afternoon by a paramedic clinician who was lovely and reassuring really great service

Have a bigger phone queue so do don't have to keep calling back to get through

I was disappointed with the final diagnosis and treatment recommendation.

Better diagnosis and care and, the chance to actually see a real doctor.

Presently, triage is only till 10.30am with no afternoon triage at all.

Maybe more face to face appointments available before telephone ones for the elderly. (Not me, thinking of my 89yr old mum).

Appoints cancelled twice by txt told to make another appointment waited 1/2 to get thru. Got an another appointment then was made to wait for 35 minutes for my B12 injection. No explanation and no apology. Re captioning curt and could do with some people skills...

Receptionist manner was very poor and I don't agree with being called by my first name. It is too familiar and disrespectful. I am not a child and expect formalities to be adhered to by administrative staff.
