At the surgery yes the receptionist are always extremely helpful in sorting an appointment. On the phone I have had to wait for up to an hour in cue to speak to anyone to make an appointment or on some occasions the answerphone says surgery is too busy to answer calls.

Have your phone calls answered quicker and be more available on the phone
