From previous experiences it necessitates phoning at 8.00 a.m but as everyone is also trying at same time it is not possible to get through. I have however when necessary been able to get a phone or video appointment and even send in a photo of an issue and get a call back. I suspect this is now the way surgery's will deal with patients issues going forward

I am generally satisfied with the service I receive, especially from the nurses who I have seen more regularly having quarterly B12 jabs or blood tests.

Ridiculous and restrictive rules around trying to get an appointment even if there is one. Finding it embarrassing and demeaning trying to get past the receptionist.

More available appointments. More staff. Better Online appointments booking.
