So hard to get through in phone as mum of school children that need dropping off when telephone lines open and they are always engaged or full

Have appointments available throughout day for emergencies and to be able to book a week or two in advance if non urgent

I thought I had successfully made a GP Appointment for 12 January but was subsequently advised, by text, to ring on the day. It’s a muddle.

I asked Mr. Munn about my recent rapid weight loss; he was unconcerned on the grounds I was this weight before (a long time ago); I asked Mr. Munn about my recent loss of bladder-control; I didn’t really get an answer. I asked Mr. Munn to convey to my GP the Consultant Dermatologist‘a recommendation regarding increasing the dose of my Levothyroxine; he was unwilling to do so and advised me to ask the Dermatologist to contact the GP. I did and he did -,waste of everyone’s time.

I tried phoning several times starting at 8am but the line was too busy and had the automatic response to try later. Eventually I called into Collington Surgery where the receptionist was very helpful and kind. I hadn't realised one could ask to be on the triage list in person, so a good result. I was called around 3pm and offered a slot at Pebsham, which I was able to accept with great pleasure. I did find Pebsham Surgery quite bleak compared to Collington but the doctor I saw was delightful caring and competent. I am very grateful for the service , thank you

Always a very long wait on the phone. Would appreciate a consult with a doctor at least once a year.

Unless you can magic up more doctors, you are doing the best that you can.

No problem getting an appointment for a blood test. Test carried out by a very cheerful and competent nurse.

For my particular needs nothing more required.
