I wish the drs were more available to see patients they seem to be hiding . How can a Dr see a patients demeanor over a phone , it is totally unacceptable what is happening at the surgery ,it seems seems since COVID they have found an easier way of working . I know I am not the only patient who feels the same way . The nurses and paramedics are excellent .

Unfortunately nurse was sick but did not get a txt or message to tell me this so walked in pouring rain waited 20 mins then informed that nurse was poorly. Rebooked appointment for sea rd surgery but ecg machine not working so have to rebook again. Third time lucky! Govt needs to invest more in NHS. The staff do their best under difficult circumstances.

Better systems and tech to automate routine things like booking an appointment, being able to message txt email or WhatsApp doctor for simple confirmation or follow up. Sometimes an 5 min conversation saves so much tooling and growing. Automate blood pressure recording using Flo, heart monitoring by using an app etc by using apps and trackers reports like Fitbit to doctors online systems. It would save so much admin allowing go to provide integrated care better. Involve patients in improving service delivery.
