The clinician I saw (Matt) was excellent. You cannot get an appointment by phone because you can’t get through to speak to a receptionist.

Suggested improvements
Scrap your triage system and allow patients to make an appointment when they need one. When one is ill or in pain having to redial the surgery number more than 90 times, to be told to phone back the next day is distressing.

The doctor took the time to explain and gave me the options available to me. I felt i could ask any questions and I was happy with the visit.

Suggested improvements
I would be helpful if when phoni g the surgery in the morning but there arent any appointments available, to be able to make an appointment for the afternoon without having to ring again after 14.00.

I asked for a face to face either a Dr I went to my appt snd it wasn't a Dr it was a very nice paramedic named Pzul I was very angry as it seems to me I am never ill enough to see a GP I have had to go to A&E 3 tomes because of the amount of pain I've been in I needed to see a GP for my very painful left shoulder I had hope to get a cortisone injection znd Paul couldn't do that so awasye of his time and mine and the receptionist wasn't helpful either

I should have been told in the text message from the surgery I was seeing a paramedic and not a Dr for I would have canceled the appt I know the treage Dr can only speak to so many patients but I personally feel I've been ignored by the Dr even when I was told to make an apptment with the Dr for results I phoned got told I would recoeve a phone call between 10 30 and 11 it never happend when I phone at 2pm I was told by a rude receptionist I wasn't given an appt time and he had to 6pm to phone me hhe never did I waited a week still no phone call eventually I made an other phonecall and got to speak to a trainee who said there was a high percentage of blood in the stool sample and had been put on the 2 week rule for cancer disgusting behaviour so yes things need to change

Long delays if phoning On visiting reception asking for an appointment with a GP I was given an appointment with Paul, not a GP, but he spoke with Dr Warden who gave me an appointment a couple of days later.

I was left waiting in reception for 25 minutes, even though I was the first appointment of the day! I find this completely unacceptable, so at that point I left. I then received a telephone call to rebook another appointment, no apology no excuse. There is no excuse for rudeness in my opinion.

Suggested improvements
Well booking an 8 am appointment when you know that you’re never going to be able to see anyone at 8am would be the first thing to change in my opinion.
